Interpretation of Services Our linguist are available for Seminars, Legal Depositions, Statements, Investigations, Hearings, Arbitrations, Consulting, Business Meetings, Conferences, Tourist Excursions, Parent/Teacher Conferences, or any other situation in which effective communication requires an interpreter or translator. |
Request for Service -Clients requesting an interpreter or translator must schedule the assignment seven days prior to the date of service. All clients requesting an interpreter or translator must do so by faxing over a request form and receiving a confirmation from our agency in writing.

Cancellation Policy- a 48 Hour written Cancellation Notice is required from the client should the services of an interpreter or translator not be needed for the date and time scheduled. Otherwise, the client will be billed for the hours requested. |

Rates for Interpreters Simultaneous Interpreter - The hourly rate is $70.00 and a three hour minimum is required. (English to Spanish and Spanish to English)
Chinese Mandarin - Our hourly rate for the Chinese Mandarin Language is $125.00 and a three hour minimum is required. (English to Chinese Mandarin and Chinese Mandarin to English)
Consecutive Interpreter - The hourly rate is $45.00 and a three hour minimum is required. (English to Spanish and Spanish to English)
Chinese Mandarin - Our hourly rate for the Chinese Mandarin Language is $100.00 and a three hour minimum is required. (English to Chinese Mandarin and Chinese Mandarin to English)
Sight-Interpreting - The per word rate is $.07 and each sheet usually has written text that contains between 250 to 300 words. (English to Spanish and Spanish to English)

Policy regarding Hours of Operation, Travel Expenses, and Mileage Interpreters and Translators are available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Saturday. Travel expenses and accommodation charges apply if the assignment is not located within our location. All interpreters and translators are paid for mileage and our agency will bill the client at the rate of 35 cents per mile. |
Policy regarding Confidentiality Our agency handles the interpreting and translation needs for many clients and businesses in different disciplines. Our agency does not divulge any information regarding any client that we currently work for or have ever worked for in the past. We do not divulge the nature of any assignment to any person outside our agency and we will gladly sign a reasonable confidentiality agreement. |

* Notations Clients are informed that assignments requiring interpreters to speak continuously with no break, are required to have two interpreters on hand. Please note that all interpreters require a break so they can concentrate and be effective interpreters during seminars, conferences, hearings, legal depositions, and trials. |
